Salary

Job Description
As a Women’s Health / Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, you will deliver specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation within a premium multidisciplinary clinic in London, N1C. You will support clients with women’s health and pelvic health presentations alongside MSK conditions, combining specialist clinical practice with functional rehabilitation and proactive healthcare. This is an allied health position for a clinician who already has meaningful pelvic health training and direct patient experience, rather than a conversion role. You will work with autonomy while benefiting from internal pelvic health mentorship, consultant and insurance referrals, and collaboration across physiotherapy, Pilates, rehabilitation and wider clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat clients presenting with women’s health, pelvic health and MSK physiotherapy needs
- Deliver pre and post natal rehabilitation, pelvic health treatment and functional rehabilitation programmes
- Manage presentations including pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain and pregnancy-related MSK conditions
- Develop individual treatment plans focused on recovery, movement, strength and long-term function
- Use a proactive healthcare approach to support prevention, rehabilitation and ongoing wellbeing
- Build professional, relationship-led communication with clients throughout their treatment journey
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, clinicians, consultants and other multidisciplinary colleagues
- Work effectively with established consultant, insurance and internal referral pathways
- Maintain accurate, clear and professional clinical records and documentation
- Uphold high standards of clinical care, patient experience and professional conduct
Essential Requirements
- You must already have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Qualified Physiotherapist with current HCPC registration
- Direct clinical experience treating patients within women’s health and pelvic health, alongside an MSK physiotherapy background
- Evidence of specialist women’s health and pelvic health training, with relevant direct patient exposure
- Confident assessing and managing a mixed women’s health, pelvic health and MSK caseload within a private clinic setting
- Emotionally mature and relationship-led, with a proactive approach to patient care and communication
- Able to manage your own clinical work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative multidisciplinary team
