Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Neurological Physiotherapist to join a high-quality rehabilitation setting in the tranquil outskirts of Chichester. Working within a supportive, forward-thinking team, you will deliver bespoke neurological therapy programmes that empower clients to regain independence, confidence, and improved function. Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored one-to-one neurological physiotherapy interventions
- Assess, plan, and implement treatment programmes aligned to client goals
- Lead or contribute to structured group therapy sessions
- Support clients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, and acquired brain injuries
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment plans where required
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports
- Adhere to evidence-based practice and relevant professional standards
- Deliver home-based therapy visits as needed in the surrounding areas
- Contribute to service development and innovative rehabilitation practices
Requirements
- HCPC registration and CSP membership
- Right to work within the UK
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in neurological rehabilitation
- Experience supporting both adult and paediatric clients
- Strong understanding of stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, and similar conditions
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach to therapy
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car for community visits
