Employment Type
Full-time or part-time, permanent role. No sponsorship available (applicants must have the permanent right to live and work in the UK).
Salary
£45,000 per annum (OTE up to £65,000 per annum), dependent on post-graduate UK experience + bonuses

- Flexibility to support work–life balance
- Willingness to work across up to three local clinic locations (Reading, Windsor and Henley-on-Thames) for holiday cover or internal movement when required.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist (minimum 2 years’ post-graduate UK experience) to join a forward-thinking, modern physiotherapy clinic based in Windsor, Berkshire (SL4), with additional local clinics in nearby locations. You’ll work in a progressive environment that combines expert hands-on care with innovative technology and evidence-based rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy care with a strong outcomes focus
- Use advanced diagnostic and rehabilitation technologies to support assessment, progress tracking, and clinical decision making
- Develop and progress evidence-based rehabilitation programmes, combining manual therapy and exercise prescription
- Educate and empower patients using clear, motivational communication to improve adherence and results
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and outcome measures
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistently excellent patient experience across clinics
- Contribute to service growth by delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient feedback
Requirements
- Have the right to work within the UK indefinitely (no sponsorship required now or at a later date)
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate UK experience in MSK physiotherapy
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- Strong clinical reasoning and confidence managing an MSK caseload autonomously
- Comfortable adopting and using technology to enhance patient outcomes and clinical practice
- Team focused approach with a proactive, growth-minded attitude
- Willingness to work across multiple clinic locations when needed
