Up to £45,000 per annum dependent on post-graduate experience + bonuses & benefits

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist (minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience) to join a forward-thinking, modern physiotherapy clinic based in Reading, Berkshire (RG30), with additional clinics in nearby locations. You’ll work in a progressive environment that combines expert hands-on care with innovative technology and evidence-based rehabilitation. The role is ideal for a confident MSK clinician who enjoys autonomy, values data-informed treatment planning, and is motivated by delivering outstanding patient outcomes using modern tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy care with a strong outcomes focus
- Use advanced diagnostic and rehabilitation technologies to support assessment, progress tracking, and clinical decision-making
- Develop and progress evidence-based rehabilitation programmes, combining manual therapy and exercise prescription
- Educate and empower patients using clear, motivational communication to improve adherence and results
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and outcome measures
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistently excellent patient experience across clinics
- Contribute to service growth by delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient feedback
- Work flexibly across clinic locations when required
Requirements
- BSc in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate experience in MSK physiotherapy (or strong MSK caseload exposure)
- Have the right to work within the UK (no sponsorship)
- Strong clinical reasoning and confidence managing an MSK caseload autonomously
- Comfortable adopting and using technology to enhance patient outcomes and clinical practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-focused approach with a proactive, growth-minded attitude
- Willingness to work across multiple clinic locations when needed
- Experience in roles such as Senior Physiotherapist, MSK Physiotherapist, or Clinical Physiotherapist
