Working Hours & Shift Pattern
- Part-time hours with flexibility available
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Tuesday extended hours until 7:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm (optional)
- No mandatory weekend requirement

Job Description
As a Podiatrist, you will be working within a friendly and well-established clinic in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire (FY8), delivering a wide range of podiatry treatments in a modern and patient-focused setting. You will manage a varied caseload across general and specialist podiatry, working alongside a collaborative team that values clinical excellence and patient outcomes. This role is ideal for both newly qualified and experienced podiatrists who are passionate about patient care and eager to develop their skills within a progressive and welcoming setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality podiatry assessments and treatments across general and specialist services
- Provide routine foot care including treatment of corns, callus, and cracked heels
- Manage nail conditions including thickened, damaged, or ingrown nails
- Perform nail surgery procedures including treatment of ingrown toenails
- Conduct diabetic foot care assessments and vascular checks
- Carry out biomechanical assessments and gait analysis
- Fit orthotics and provide rehabilitation advice
- Administer treatments for fungal nails, verrucae, athlete’s foot, and bunions
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards
- Work collaboratively with GPs, NHS podiatry services, and wider healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Sponsorship is available for the right candidate; candidates must meet UK registration requirements
- BSc (Hons) Podiatry and HCPC registered Podiatrist
- Open to newly qualified and experienced podiatrists
- Interest in MSK, biomechanics, and gait analysis
- Strong clinical skills across general and advanced podiatry treatments
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-centred approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
