Salary
£33,000 – £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits

- Full-time – 36 hours per week
- Monday: 8:30am – 6:30pm
- Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 12:30pm
- No weekend requirement

Job Description
As a Podiatrist, you will be working within a modern, purpose-built clinic in Ilminster, Somerset (TA19), delivering a wide range of podiatry treatments within a highly supportive and patient-focused setting. This clinic combines traditional podiatry with innovative technology, including footscan analysis and advanced vascular assessment equipment, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. You will benefit from a structured mentorship programme, enabling you to develop into a confident, autonomous clinician while working alongside experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality podiatry assessments and treatments across general and specialist services
- Manage a varied caseload including routine care, nail surgery, fungal treatments and MSK-related conditions
- Utilise advanced technologies such as footscan for gait and pressure analysis
- Support diabetic patients with risk assessment and preventative care
- Develop personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Work collaboratively with MSK specialists and wider clinical team
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
- Engage in ongoing CPD and mentorship sessions to enhance clinical skills
- Contribute to clinic development and expansion of services
- Deliver patient education to support long-term health outcomes
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship is available
- HCPC registered Podiatrist (or due to qualify soon)
- Newly qualified or early-career podiatrist with a desire to develop
- Interest in MSK, biomechanics or rehabilitation-focused podiatry
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with support and growing independence
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-centred approach
- Confidence to work independently as your experience develops
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car preferred due to location
- Also suitable for: Graduate Podiatrist, Junior Podiatrist, MSK Podiatrist, Biomechanics Podiatrist, Foot Health Practitioner (qualified pathway)
