£28,000 – £45,000 per annum dependent on post-graduate experience + bonuses & benefits
(Weekly and quarterly bonus schemes with potential to earn up to £20,000 additional income per year)

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Physiotherapist to join a forward-thinking, modern physiotherapy clinic based in Windsor, Berkshire (SL4), with additional clinics in nearby locations. The role is suited to both newly qualified and experienced clinicians who are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and continually developing their clinical skills. Working within a progressive clinical setting, you will combine hands-on manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and advanced technology to deliver exceptional outcomes. This Physiotherapist position would suit a proactive, growth-minded individual who is eager to learn, embrace innovation, and be part of a team redefining modern physiotherapy practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy care
- Combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced technologies in treatment plans
- Use diagnostic and rehabilitation technologies to support clinical decision-making
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver integrated patient care
- Participate in CPD, mentoring, and in-house training programmes
- Support service growth through excellent patient experience and outcomes
- Work flexibly across clinic locations when required
Requirements
- BSc in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration or eligibility to register
- Have the right to work within the UK (no sponsorship)
- Open to newly qualified graduates and experienced physiotherapists
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Interest in combining traditional physiotherapy with modern technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work across multiple clinic locations when needed
- Experience or interest in roles such as Physiotherapist, MSK Physiotherapist, or Clinical Physiotherapist
