Salary
£35,000 – £40,000 FTE (pro rata), dependent on experience + benefits

Job Description
As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist (Women’s Health Focus), you will be working within a calm, supportive clinical setting in York, North Yorkshire (YO10), delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to women across a wide range of life stages. This clinic environment offers a refreshing alternative to high-volume healthcare, allowing you the time and autonomy to focus on meaningful patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality pelvic health physiotherapy assessments and treatments for women
- Manage a varied caseload with sufficient time for thorough assessment, treatment, and education
- Support patients with postnatal recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, and related MSK conditions
- Develop personalised rehabilitation plans incorporating movement and exercise
- Integrate Pilates-based approaches into treatment where appropriate
- Educate and empower patients to improve long-term health outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards
- Collaborate with other professionals within the clinical and fitness environment
- Contribute to the development and expansion of Women’s Health services
- Deliver care in a calm, supportive setting that prioritises patient and clinician wellbeing
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship is available
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience or strong special interest in pelvic health / women’s health physiotherapy
- Strong clinical reasoning with the ability to assess and treat a varied caseload
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centred approach
- Confident working independently and managing your own caseload
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to location and accessibility
