Salary
£40,000 - £45,000 FTE (pro rata), dependent on experience + benefits

Working Hours & Shift Pattern
Part-time role with flexible options of 3 days (22.5 hours) or 4 days (30 hours) per week, working between Monday and Thursday.
Shift pattern includes Monday 8:00am–4:00pm and Tuesday–Thursday 7:00am–3:00pm.
Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly established occupational health service embedded within a major construction site in Bridgwater, Somerset (TA5). As an Occupational Health MSK Physiotherapist, you will work within a large, multidisciplinary clinical team delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care in a fast-paced, industrial setting. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate MSK assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment plans
- Work independently within an on-site occupational health environment
- Classify MSK conditions in relation to workplace causation
- Produce clear, structured fitness-for-work and discharge reports
- Advise on workplace adjustments and return-to-work planning
- Lead rehabilitation programmes and on-site exercise sessions
- Conduct DSE assessments and ergonomic risk evaluations
- Identify workplace hazards contributing to MSK conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support employee wellbeing
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to outcome reporting
Requirements
- Permanent right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist with a recognised Physiotherapy degree
- Strong post-graduate experience in MSK physiotherapy
- Specialist knowledge in MSK, biomechanics, and occupational health practice
- Proven ability to deliver autonomous clinical assessment and treatment
- Excellent communication and patient-facing interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently within a clinical setting
- Ability to reliably commute to Bridgwater, Somerset (TA5) for on-site work
