Job Description
As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, you will support the day-to-day running of a nursery setting in West Kensington, delivering high-quality childcare and EYFS learning experiences within a warm, engaging, and child-focused early years environment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced childcare professional, Nursery Nurse, or Level 2 Early Years Practitioner with a background in Nursery (EYFS) who enjoys creating positive learning experiences and supporting children’s confidence, wellbeing, and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running and organisation of the nursery environment
- Deliver engaging EYFS-based activities and learning experiences
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating childcare environment
- Support children’s learning, development, wellbeing, and independence
- Maintain safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare standards
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues

- Support high standards of care, communication, and professional practice
Requirements
- You must have the permanent right to work in the UK
- Relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification recognised within EYFS requirements
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years childcare setting
- Background in Nursery (EYFS) and childcare learning environments
- Ability to support safeguarding, child development, and nursery operations
- Warm, caring, and professional communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently while supporting the wider nursery team
