An established care provider in the Dartford area is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day leadership and clinical governance of a well-run care service. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager with the overall management and clinical oversight of the service.
- Ensure high standards of clinical care, medication management, and compliance are consistently maintained.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care.
- Contribute to audits, care planning, and quality assurance processes in line with CQC standards.
- Act as a positive role model, promoting best practice and professional development across the team.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager within a care or nursing home setting.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and clinical decision-making skills.
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary between £50,000 – £58,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
